Notice
In order to process and fulfill your order and to notify you regarding your online order status, we need to know your name, street address, phone number, zip code, state and country, email address, credit card and/or purchase order information. Once you place an online order with us, an order confirmation email including your name, address, phone number and email address, but not your credit card number, is sent to you. At the present time, telephone orders are not accepted.  AlphaGenix does not share, sell, rent, or loan your personal information to any third party.  

Secure Data Tranmission
Once a customer proceeds to checkout, subsequent data transmissions take place through our secure server.  AlphaGenix maintains a fully authenticated High Assurance SSL Certificate and all subsequent data, including any credit card information, is automatically encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (256 bit encryption is supported by compatible servers and clients. e.g. Apache 2 and Firefox).  Before completing the credit card transaction, the server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.   The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Assurance Warranty
AlphaGenix is fully validated and secured by Comodo, the world's second largest issuer of high assurance SSL certificates.  AlphaGenix holds a website identity assurance warranty of $10,000.  This means that you are insured for up to $10,000 when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site.

Data Usage
Information that is collected such as name, address and email address may be used to provide notices of marketing materials containing new products, pricing and technical resources. You may block these emails by following the instructions contained within each email. Order confirmations and order status updates, along with any emailed information you request from our site will always be sent to you regardless of your opt out status.

Security
AlphaGenix takes reasonable steps to protect any personal data you provide and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. AlphaGenix uses generally accepted security standards and principles but has not taken additional action to secure data provided to its site, and such transmissions are subject to normal Internet security risks.

Navigation
At the present time, we do not automatically track any information about your site usage. If our policy regarding navigation tracking changes, we will post those changes on this page.
